Kim grew up on a family farm in southwest Wisconsin. After graduating from UW-Platteville in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration she moved to Madison and began her career in the financial services industry. Kim and her husband Tim have two daughters, Lexi and Rylie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time watching and attending various sporting events and reading.
